PhotoAlbum is a VideoCD authoring software

With PhotoAlbum it is easy to create Still Picture VCDs in only four steps (every step supports simple and advanced options).
  1. Define your personal needings (e.g. NTSC/PAL)
  2. Select albums and pictures you want to be on CD
  3. Create the CD-Image
  4. Burn the CD-R/W instantly
You can burn regular CDs from these Image files with a little help of MakeCD or BurnIT.

PhotoAlbum supports a maximum of 1980 pictures

Mpeg-Still Pictures - BIN/CUE, NERO, CDRDAO CD-Image
VideoCD Formats
